Application Purpose

This web application is the internal administration portal for the Building 102 homeowners association (Ha'atzmaut 102, Israel). Authorized committee members use it to manage building finances, tenant records, project billing, meeting protocols, PDF receipts, and lobby display content. The app uses Google Sign-In, Google Sheets, and Google Drive. Access is limited to pre-approved Google accounts only. This page is not a login-only page; it describes what the application does.

אפליקציה זו מיועדת לחברי ועד הבית המורשים בלבד. היא משמשת לניהול שוטף של הבניין: רישום הכנסות והוצאות, מעקב אחר דיירים, הפקת קבלות, ניהול פרויקטים, פרוטוקולי אסיפות, והזנת תוכן ללוח המודעות בלובי. הגישה מוגבלת לחשבונות Google שאושרו מראש על ידי הוועד.
